1. Introduction

ClueBlast is a vocabulary-based gaming application developed by American Training Agency LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to explaining how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use ClueBlast. This Privacy Policy applies to the ClueBlast mobile application and related website features.

2. Information We Collect

ClueBlast allows players to enjoy the game without creating an account. Depending on how you use the application, the following information may be processed:

Gameplay Information

• Game scores and personal bests

• Levels and progression

• Streaks and achievements

• Lives, coins, and power-ups

• Daily rewards

• Game preferences and settings

Most gameplay information is stored locally on your device.

Account Information

Players who choose Google Sign-In may have account information processed through Google and Supabase, our authentication service provider. This may include an account identifier, email address, name, or profile information provided through the authentication process.

Leaderboard Information

For signed-in players, ClueBlast may store a display name, high score, optional avatar reference, and application-generated public identifier. Public leaderboard information may be visible to other players.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and maintain gameplay features.

• Save progress, scores, and achievements.

• Authenticate players who choose Google Sign-In.

• Display leaderboard rankings.

• Manage rewards, lives, and in-game resources.

• Support account management and deletion.

• Maintain application functionality and security.

Players are not required to create accounts to access basic gameplay.

4. Guest Play and Local Storage

Players may use ClueBlast without signing in. Guest gameplay information is primarily stored locally on the device. Guest progress is not automatically backed up to an online account. If a guest subsequently signs in with Google, certain locally stored progress may be associated with the signed-in account. Players can use the Clear Guest Data feature to remove supported guest gameplay data. General application preferences may remain.

5. Google Sign-In and Account Management

ClueBlast provides optional Google Sign-In on supported mobile devices. Google authentication is handled through Google Identity services and Supabase Authentication. Authentication providers may process account information and maintain secure sessions required for sign-in. Signing out does not automatically delete an account or its associated leaderboard records. Google Sign-In is not currently supported in ClueBlast's browser-based gameplay preview.

6. Leaderboards and Player Visibility

ClueBlast provides a live leaderboard for participating signed-in players.

Public leaderboard information may include:

• Player display name

• High score

• Optional avatar

• Public player identifier

• Score update information

Other players may see these public leaderboard details. Private authentication identifiers are protected by database access

controls and are not included in the public leaderboard. Guest players do not automatically publish their scores to the online

leaderboard.

7. Advertising and In-Game Rewards

ClueBlast includes optional rewarded-video advertising functionality for supported mobile versions. When enabled, advertisements are provided through Google AdMob. Google may process device information and identifiers to deliver advertisements, measure performance, and prevent abuse. ClueBlast currently requests non-personalized advertisements. This does not necessarily eliminate all advertising-related data processing. Advertising availability depends on the application version and production configuration. ClueBlast's in-game Shop currently uses virtual coins rather than real-money purchases.

8. Third-Party Services

ClueBlast uses the following third-party services:

Google Identity Services: Optional account authentication.

Supabase: Authentication, leaderboard functionality, and account deletion.

Google AdMob: Optional rewarded advertisements when enabled.

ClueBlast does not currently integrate a dedicated third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

9. Data Storage and Security

ClueBlast uses local device storage and authenticated cloud services. Guest gameplay information is primarily stored on the device. Account authentication and signed-in leaderboard information are processed through Supabase. We use access controls and appropriate security measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Guest Players

Guest gameplay information generally remains on the device until cleared through available application controls, application storage is cleared, or the application is uninstalled. Certain general preferences may remain after guest data is cleared.

Signed-In Players

Account information and leaderboard entries are generally retained while an account remains active, subject to applicable retention requirements. ClueBlast provides an in-app Delete Account feature. This feature is designed to delete the ClueBlast authentication account, associated online leaderboard record, and relevant locally stored account information. Some unrelated device preferences and guest information may remain. Deleting a ClueBlast account does not delete the user's Google account. 11. Children's Privacy

ClueBlast is designed for users aged 13 and older and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete that information as required by applicable law. 12. Audio and Device Features

ClueBlast may use sound effects, spoken clues, and device vibration to enhance gameplay. The application does not require microphone recording for these features. In supported browser environments, spoken clues may use the browser or operating system's speech-synthesis functionality.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in ClueBlast's features, data practices, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements. When updates are made, the effective date will be revised. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
