Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your ClueBlast account and associated account data at any time.

ClueBlast provides account deletion through the mobile app and through our support team.

Delete Through the App

Request Deletion by Email

Account and Data Removal

If you are signed in, open ClueBlast, navigate to your account settings, and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation instructions.

Relevant locally stored account data is also removed when deletion is completed through the app. Some device preferences or unrelated guest information may remain.

Once your request is verified and processed, your ClueBlast authentication account and associated online leaderboard record will be deleted.

If you cannot access the app, email services@americantrainingagency.com with the subject ClueBlast Account Deletion Request.

What Happens to Your Data?

Deleted
Your ClueBlast authentication account and associated online leaderboard information.
Stored on Your Device
Local information may remain until cleared through the application settings, device storage controls, or application removal.
Your Google Account
Deleting ClueBlast does not delete your Google account.
Submit Deletion Request

Ready to submit your request?

Send an account deletion request to our support team. We will review your request, verify ownership where necessary, and process eligible deletions as promptly as reasonably possible.
